Bodhicitta (Boh-dee-chee-tah), an ancient Pali (Buddhist) term, refers to a deep union of compassion and wisdom. I chose it for my clinic name because it embodies the essential spirit of medicine together with my sincere wish to be of service to people struggling with serious illness.
